Real Estate Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Transaction Management team remotely, the full-time Transaction Operations & Analytics Manager will manage analytics, reporting, and transaction coordination while helping clients strategize and execute real estate transactions through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and distribute monthly analytics reports and respond to ad-hoc data requests
• Assist with transaction activities including initiation, validation, and critical date tracking
• Partner with Business Intelligence teams to design and implement automated reporting solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or related field
• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Demonstrated financial analysis and reporting capabilities
• Proficiency in transaction management systems, with CREM experience preferred
• Real estate brokerage or salesperson license (preferred)
