Job Summary
To support organizational initiatives, the full-time remote Real Estate and Fleet Administrator will manage real estate leases, oversee fleet services, and enhance asset management processes while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain records for real estate office leases, including tracking critical lease dates and supporting lease reviews
- Manage fleet operations by monitoring vehicle utilization, compliance, and expenses, while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and standardize asset management procedures, maintaining accurate inventory and tracking asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet and asset management
- Familiarity with asset management systems (CMMS, ERP)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
