Real Estate Appraisal Analyst

Job Summary

Reviewing and analyzing real estate appraisals for accuracy and compliance, the full-time Appraisal Review Analyst will work remotely to identify discrepancies, perform quality control, and maintain thorough documentation of appraisal reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze real estate appraisals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Provide detailed documentation and feedback on appraisal quality, collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain records of all appraisals reviewed and stay current on industry regulations and market trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in real estate appraisal or appraisal review with field experience
• Strong experience in residential appraisal reviews and collateral risk assessment
• Possession of an active Real Estate Appraisal License is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word and Excel
