Job Summary

Supporting business development and marketing commercial properties, the full-time Real Estate Associate Broker will prospect for clients, advise on market conditions, and assist in negotiating lease, purchase, or sale transactions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build client relationships to generate new business
• Advise clients on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values
• Prepare property data, reports, and coordinate transaction documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred
• Active Real Estate Salesperson license (state-specific)
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to comprehend and analyze documents and perform basic financial analysis
