Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic and operational leader for the Real Estate lane, ensuring consistent execution across the full portfolio lifecycle
• Lead leasing strategy, negotiations, and decision support for new sites, renewals, relocations, and landlord interactions
• Oversee performance and output of external Broker and Lease Administration partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality
