A company is looking for a Counsel to join its in-house legal team focused on affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with legal matters related to acquisition, disposition, and financing of real property
• Provide effective counsel in a collaborative environment
• Monitor development, construction, lease-up, and permanent financing phases of investments

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience as a real estate transactional attorney
• Real estate transactional training at a major US law firm
• Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate degree from a top-tier law school
• Knowledge of Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and tax-exempt bonds preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
