Real Estate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewable Energy Real Estate & Title Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related documents to identify and summarize title issues affecting project sites
• Prepare title summaries and diligence reports for internal teams and clients
• Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, option agreements, easements, and leases

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm and/or in-house role
• Demonstrated experience reviewing title and survey materials and identifying key risks and issues
• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate agreements such as PSAs, options, and leases
• Active bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• J.D. from an accredited law school
