A company is looking for a Real Estate Attorney with Property Management Experience.

• Review, negotiate, and manage vendor and property management agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on operational issues and general risk
• Support litigation preparation and coordinate with outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• Prior in-house experience at a real estate management company
• Ability to spot and negotiate key legal provisions independently
• Experience working on both company and third-party agreements
• Comfortable in areas without established playbooks
• Collaborative and effective in working with diverse stakeholders
