Job Summary
To support the origination and closing of real estate assets, the remote Real Estate Attorney will manage a pipeline of transactions, negotiate and draft commercial real estate documents, and conduct due diligence on lease terms and cash flow.
Key responsibilities
- Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of real estate assets across the United States
- Managing a pipeline of deals and facilitating communication among pricing, origination, legal, and management teams
- Negotiating and drafting documents for commercial real estate transactions while advising on strategic transactions
Required qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, preferably at a mid to large-sized law firm
- Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus
- Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
- Fluent with technology and remote work
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
