Real Estate Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing clean energy and data center development portfolio, the full-time Real Estate Attorney will manage real estate legal support for development projects, lead negotiations of strategic agreements, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and provide legal support for clean energy and data center development projects across multiple stages
• Lead the negotiation and management of various real estate agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate project execution and provide legal advice on real estate matters

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law
• 5+ years of experience as a real estate transactional attorney in a law firm and/or in-house legal environment
• Strong experience with real estate agreements relevant to clean energy and infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions independently
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with commercial teams and external counsel on real estate transactions
