Job Summary

To support a large, complex acquisition project involving the purchase of 28 properties nationwide, the full-time Real Estate Attorney (Contract) will manage transactional legal matters for a temporary assignment lasting approximately two months, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex real estate transactions related to a large acquisition project
• Provide legal guidance and support throughout the transaction process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and successful execution of deals

Required qualifications

• Must be barred in any US State
• Prior experience handling complex real estate transactions
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the contract
• Experience working in a legal services environment
• Mid-senior level legal expertise in real estate law
