Supporting a large, complex acquisition project, the full-time contract Real Estate Attorney will manage the purchase of 28 properties nationwide while working remotely for a duration of approximately two months.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex real estate transactions related to a large acquisition project
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance and successful execution of property purchases
• Provide legal guidance and support throughout the transaction process

Required qualifications

• Must be barred in any US State
• Prior experience handling complex real estate transactions
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the contract
• Experience working in a legal services environment
• Mid-senior level legal expertise in real estate law
