Real Estate Attorney - Germany

Job Summary

Managing the closing process from start to finish, the full-time Real Estate Attorney - Germany will provide general support to the Regional General Counsel - Europe, coordinate with external advisors, and perform legal due diligence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire closing process, including proofreading legal documents and managing documentation on internal systems
• Coordinate with brokers, site owners, and external advisors such as attorneys and banks during transactions
• Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts, Term Sheets, and LOIs while training the Origination team on real estate matters

Required qualifications

• Law degree with a specialization in real estate law
• Experience in managing real estate transactions and legal due diligence
• Familiarity with property tax regulations
• Proficiency in using document management systems, such as SharePoint and SMS systems
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is preferred
