Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Audit Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Review real estate transaction data and public records to identify and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare documents summarizing findings and communicate discrepancies to referral partner agents
• Engage with referral partner agents to address objections and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Strong-willed approach to collections and compliance with contract terms
• Advanced understanding of U.S. names, nicknames, and geography
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Trello, Salesforce, and Email
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy through repetitive, high-volume files
• Fluency in spoken and written English
