Real Estate Business Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Analyst to provide administrative support to the BDM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the market database, tracking progress and issuing updates to leadership
• Input leads into the tracking system and ensure accuracy of tracking reports and dashboards
• Prepare materials for proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal generation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Real Estate license preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
• Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations
