Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates and deadlines for real estate transactions
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Execute end-to-end transaction processing, including managing expenses, preparing commission invoices, and resolving discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in MA, ME, NH, or RI
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
- Strong analytical skills to manage financial details and ensure compliance
