Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer - US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to ensure timely and accurate transaction closures
• Data entry of transaction details and calculation of closing fees
• Prepare closing documents and coordinate scheduling of closings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience with processing real estate transactions or two years closing real estate transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mandatory overtime and weekends if needed
