Real Estate Closing Specialist

Job Summary

Coordinating the full lifecycle of real estate closings, the full-time Remote Real Estate Closing Specialist will manage the preparation, review, and verification of loan closing documents while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining clear communication with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble, prepare, review, and verify all documents required for loan closings to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate the closing process, including scheduling document signings and performing final pre-closing reviews
• Serve as a liaison between lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents to facilitate smooth transactions

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; baccalaureate degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience with a title or closing company preferred
• Strong customer service skills required
• National title closing experience preferable
