Job Summary

To support the real estate acquisitions team, the full-time Real Estate Cold Caller will engage property owners through high-volume cold calling to identify potential sellers and generate qualified leads, working remotely during standard US Pacific Time business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective property sellers through cold calling and targeted outreach to generate acquisition leads
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to assess selling interest, qualify prospects, and gather key property details
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform acquisition strategies and prepare market analysis reports
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
