Real Estate Contract Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio, the remote Real Estate Contract Portfolio Analyst will provide governance and analytical oversight of commercial real estate contracts, reviewing obligations and financial performance while producing executive-level reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio financial performance by reviewing site-level costs and identifying trends requiring corrective action
• Produce leadership reporting with weekly updates on spend trends, renewal risks, and key decisions
• Review contracts and obligations to assess their financial and operational impact, providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate contracts and lease terminology
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including variance analysis and executive-level reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting/work management tools
• Ability to interpret contract and financial information and communicate clear recommendations to leadership
