Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to manage property-related tasks and facilitate maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate repairs and maintenance for clients
  • Review and interpret lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Respond to requests from management and clients, managing workflow and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in commercial property management or administration
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office Products, especially Excel
  • Experience with commercial lease interpretation is a plus
  • Familiarity with facilities management is helpful
