Job Summary
A company is looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to manage property-related tasks and facilitate maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate repairs and maintenance for clients
- Review and interpret lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and identifying improvement opportunities
- Respond to requests from management and clients, managing workflow and documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in commercial property management or administration
- Intermediate experience with MS Office Products, especially Excel
- Experience with commercial lease interpretation is a plus
- Familiarity with facilities management is helpful
