Job Summary
A company is looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to support customers at the beginning of their real estate journey in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the real estate referral process through phone calls
- Conduct real estate needs assessments and promote referrals for affiliated products and services
- Manage an active caseload, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in call center or retail environments
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Real estate knowledge preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM systems and digital platforms strongly preferred
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
