Job Summary

Supporting customers at the beginning of their real estate journey, the full-time Real Estate Coordinator will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, conduct needs assessments, and promote affiliated products and services while working remotely within Eastern or Central Time Zone hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the real estate referral process through phone calls
  • Conduct real estate needs assessments to understand customer goals and preferences
  • Accurately document customer interactions and manage an active caseload to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in call center, inside sales, or retail
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Real estate knowledge (buying, selling, or mortgage processes) preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
