Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial, Corporate, and Real Estate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements with third-party vendors
- Manage contract documentation and approval workflows
- Support M&A activities, including deal structuring and due diligence
Required Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- Admission to the Bar of a U.S. state
- 5+ years of corporate legal experience
- Working knowledge of tax and accounting rules in business transactions
- Capital market and/or debt finance deal experience is a plus
