Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Counsel specializing in Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various real property agreements under the supervision of the Deputy General Counsel
• Resolve complex title and survey issues in collaboration with the Title and Survey Team
• Provide legal support for site acquisition closings and project financings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a commercial real estate practice group at a top-tier law firm
• Experience in drafting and negotiating real property agreements
• Familiarity with title and survey review and risk resolution
• Experience in supporting project financings and M&A transactions is a plus
