Real Estate Counsel
Job Summary
To support a fast-paced Commercial Legal team, the contract Real Estate & Outsourced Services Counsel will lead negotiations on high-volume real estate and outsourced services agreements while managing transactions from intake through signature in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead negotiation of real estate, design/construction, workplace services, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate high-value outsourced services agreements supporting global business operations
- Advise on data security, privacy, AI, and general commercial risk issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant commercial and/or real estate legal experience
- Strong experience negotiating commercial real estate leases and design/construction agreements
- Experience supporting office leases and build-outs across domestic and international locations
- Strong understanding of privacy, data security, AI, and related commercial considerations
- Prior experience supporting a technology company strongly preferred
