Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle matters involving environmental law, real estate investment, and contract administration
• Support the expansion of the real estate practice within the firm
• Provide excellent client service and grow own practice with existing client roster

Required Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law, preferably in California or Colorado
• 6+ years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or in-house with a reputable company
• Experience in land use-specific issues, transactional real estate work, and appearing before boards and commissions
• Exposure to smaller corporate work
• Graduated from a top-tier law school or have an excellent reputation in the industry
