Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Real Estate Counsel (Leasing expert).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial lease agreements for various property types
• Conduct analysis of existing leases to identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Assist with real estate due diligence in M&A transactions and prepare service contracts

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution with active bar membership
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law focused on leasing
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and M&A due diligence is preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities
