Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Counsel - Renewables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets
• Manage a pipeline of deals and facilitate communication among various teams
• Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions and oversee due diligence activities

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer
• Deep knowledge of financing, development, and operation of solar and wind facilities
• Fluency with technology and remote work
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
