Real Estate Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Data Analyst to analyze and interpret data related to real estate portfolios, contracts, and financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain data for Global Real Estate, including reporting and KPI tracking
• Conduct rent analysis and manage rent payment processing
• Ensure data integrity through reviews, validations, and controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, contract administration, or corporate real estate; or over 10 years of experience without a Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in corporate administration, business, finance, or a similar field
• Experience in data management and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to master real estate and database programs
• Prior experience in a corporate real estate environment is preferred
