Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in U.S. commercial real estate, property management, or PropTech
• Experience working with contracts, leases, or property-related documents
• Native-level English proficiency for understanding professional documents
• Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
