Real Estate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Associate to support commercial real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple commercial real estate development projects from concept through completion
• Build and update financial models, feasibility analyses, and development budgets
• Serve as a primary liaison with community partners and facilitate public meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, finance, business, or related field - OR equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development or related fields
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities; proficient in Excel and financial analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort collaborating with partners across sectors
