Real Estate Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Real Estate Development (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of the full lifecycle of real estate deals from site selection to store opening
• Maintain and manage the store lifecycle management system (Tango) and track critical dates
• Coordinate Real Estate Committee functions, including tracking submissions and preparing agendas

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn department-specific software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Business acumen and comfort interacting with internal and external stakeholders
