Real Estate Development Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Real Estate Site Development Specialist responsible for coordinating real estate procedures for quick serve restaurant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client Real Estate teams and internal project staff to expedite construction development
- Review and process soft costs related to Real Estate and Construction transactions
- Coordinate legal clearances and monitor the construction process for assigned projects
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Real Estate Transactions for multi-site restaurant projects
- Paralegal experience in a real estate environment preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of Title and Surveys preferred
