Real Estate Development Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Real Estate team in managing the full lifecycle of real estate deals, the full-time Real Estate Development Specialist will oversee store lifecycle management, coordinate Real Estate Committee functions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support in managing real estate deals from site selection through store opening within assigned regions
• Oversee the store lifecycle management system, tracking critical dates and updating deal status
• Coordinate Real Estate Committee functions, including data entry of deal submissions and preparation of meeting materials

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative duties, preferably in commercial or retail real estate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen with effective communication skills for interacting with executives and partners
