Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Real Estate Assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and optimization of lease-related activities within the organization
- Prioritize locations for realignment to match local needs with space utilization and related costs
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop longer-term real estate strategy and align leased space with company vision
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in real estate portfolio management or similar field
- Familiarity with real estate portfolio management and leasing experience preferred
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to drive data-driven conclusions
- Deep industry knowledge and successful property portfolio management track record
