Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Regional Lead - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional real estate strategy aligned with global objectives
• Lead the planning, directing, and controlling of all real estate activities to ensure profitability
• Manage the regional budget and contribute to the annual Capex & Opex planning process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (architecture, engineering, real estate, or business administration)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate
• Strong knowledge of corporate real estate laws and regulations in North America
• Proven knowledge of Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities Management practices
• Experience managing high-performance teams in a collaborative environment
