Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Director to develop and execute its real estate strategy across the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement real estate strategy, identifying and securing new store locations
• Manage the full real estate pipeline from strategy through execution for new and existing stores
• Negotiate lease terms and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful store development projects

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in retail real estate site selection and lease negotiations
• Proven ability to negotiate complex business and legal terms for retail leases
• Strong financial and demographic analysis skills
• Established relationships with national and regional developers, landlords, and brokers
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
