A company is looking for a Real Estate Expansion Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase pipeline of new deals and project capital for school expansion
• Improve quality and profitability of new locations and schools
• Streamline processes and systems for optimal efficiency

Qualifications:

• University degree(s) in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience
• Additional experience in real estate development or education/childcare industry is a plus
• Strong financial analysis, project management, and leadership skills
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
