Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate and Ambulatory Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute corporate real estate tasks including transaction management and facility management
• Support research and analysis for key projects related to real estate strategic planning
• Field inquiries regarding lease language and coordinate ambulatory facility management activities

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Degree/Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial/healthcare real estate
• Knowledge of commercial real estate practices and market trends
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
• Proven ability to learn new software programs
