Real Estate Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support the development and management of their global real estate portfolio through financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual Long Range Plan and ongoing portfolio reforecasting efforts through model building
• Produce financial models for transaction scenarios and final deal financials for decision-making
• Lead the development of AI-enabled financial models and automate transaction models for reporting

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of finance experience in Corporate Real Estate or related fields
• Proficient in advanced financial analysis and modeling using Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with real estate accounting concepts and lease accounting standards
• Experience building template models and leveraging AI tools for financial modeling
• Familiarity with workplace metrics and basic lease concepts is a plus
