Job Summary

Real Estate Financing Counsel will work full-time in a remote capacity, focusing on negotiating and documenting real estate financing transactions, advising on joint ventures, and supporting corporate venture activities related to data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and document real estate financing transactions including loans and credit facilities
• Advise on and structure joint ventures and partnership agreements
• Draft and negotiate financing instruments and support corporate venture activities

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to a U.S. state bar
• 6-10 years of experience in real estate finance or capital markets law
• Deep knowledge of secured lending and real estate finance documentation
• Experience with joint venture formation and investor structuring
• Familiarity with data center or technology real estate finance preferred
