Key Responsibilities

• Manage property operations in accordance with standards and client agreements
• Oversee financial reporting, budget preparation, and tenant services
• Lead and develop property management staff and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum seven years of experience in commercial real estate or property management
• At least three years of experience in people management
• Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting
• Real Estate license required within six months of employment
