Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager to oversee property management and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across managed operations
• Oversee tenant satisfaction programs and maintain strong communication with tenants and building owners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or property management
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management within the commercial real estate sector
• Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite
