A company is looking for a Real Estate Gift Program Director to develop and manage a program for raising funds through real estate gifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive program for raising funds through real estate gifts
• Oversee the entire real estate gift process from acceptance to sale, including due diligence and donor engagement
• Supervise the Real Estate Gifts program staff and collaborate with various stakeholders on real estate transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Substantial experience in real estate transactions, including acquisition and sale
• Legal knowledge related to real estate transactions
• Experience in managing multiple projects and strategic goals
• Experience in a large, complex, not-for-profit environment
