Key Responsibilities
- Architect AI-driven lead generation systems to identify high-leverage multipliers in the real estate industry
- Lead high-level consultative appointments to explain the business model and tools for enhancing success
- Systematically identify leaders seeking an alternative ownership model to improve profitability and client service
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level growth operator experience, preferably as a former Team Leader or Director of Growth in real estate
- Ability to read and analyze P&L statements and understand financial pain points in real estate operations
- Fluency in modern technology and AI workflows for data filtering and conversation initiation
- Experience in peer-to-peer consultation without high-pressure sales tactics
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its dynamics
