Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Instructor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a real estate industry expert by staying updated on trends and regulations
- Create a positive learning environment and foster student engagement
- Maintain focus on mentoring students and driving their success
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience in Real Estate
- Real Estate License, State-required experience, and/or education to qualify as an instructor
- Proficiency with Google, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom platform
- Adaptability to new teaching methods and alteration in course materials as needed
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
