Real Estate Investing Growth Director

Job Summary

Leading the growth of the Real Estate Investing segment, the full-time VP / Director of Segment Growth will manage revenue generation, audience engagement, and customer acquisition strategies while working remotely from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Own net new subscription ARR for the REI segment, designing and executing campaigns to attract subscribers
• Grow PropertyRadar's brand within the REI community through networking, content creation, and representation at industry events
• Translate investor needs into product feedback and collaborate with the product team to prioritize feature development

Required qualifications

• Active experience in real estate investing, including various deal types and acquisition strategies
• A substantial following in the REI community across platforms such as YouTube, podcasts, or social media
• Demonstrated ability to convert audience engagement into paying customers or community members
• Strong on-camera presence for webinars, podcasts, and live events
• Self-directed with strategic judgment in partnership development and operational planning
