Job Summary

As a key member of the leasing team, the remote Senior Associate, Leasing will manage the full lifecycle of leasing for Darwin Homes' inventory, ensuring exceptional experiences for prospective tenants while driving occupancy and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and leasing team to drive the full leasing lifecycle
• Champion leasing excellence by optimizing team performance and conversion outcomes
• Guide junior leasing agents through mentorship and support to elevate team performance

Required qualifications

• An active Real Estate License
• 3-5 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in single-family or multi-family rental markets
• Experience leading teams or mentoring peers to achieve performance goals
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
