Real Estate Licensed Property Manager

Job Summary

To drive day-to-day operations and ensure tenant satisfaction, the full-time Remote Real Estate Licensed Property Manager will manage a portfolio of properties, oversee leasing and maintenance processes, and maintain communication with residents and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee properties within the assigned portfolio, assisting with move-in processes and handling client escalations
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring consistent communication
• Organize repairs and maintenance, conduct routine property inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Management experience
• Active Real Estate License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience using YARDI preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
